  • How much is it for a 2 -hour pass?
    Our 2-hour pass is $20. We offer a variety of single day passes, including a 2-hour, 4-hour and full day pass.
  • How long are birthday parties at KTR?
    Each birthday party includes 2 hours of endless entertainment! If you want more time, no problem! Talk to your party host about getting some extra time to play. (Time in the party suite cannot be extended.)
  • Can you bring your own cake?
    If your birthday kiddo wants to celebrate with a sweet treat, we ask that you bring a cake or cupcakes with you. Don't forget the candles!
  • Do I need to bring plates or silverware, party decorations?
    We've got you covered when it comes to plates and silverware. Feel free to bring extra decorations if you'd like to personalize your party even more!
  • Do I need to bring food and drinks?
    Our party packages include pizza and drinks. Need more to feed the masses? Add ons are available to keep them full and fueled.
  • How many people can we invite to the party?
    We offer party packages for all sizes, from 5 guests to 30. If you have more than 30 guests attending, just give us a call and we can talk about helping you book a second suite!
  • Can I rent skateboards and scooters for our party guests to ride?
    Absolutely! Chat with your party coordinator prior to your party so they can have all your equipment ready and waiting when you arrive. Skate/Scooter rentals are $15, helmets are $5.
  • Do I need to bring food and drinks?
    No not at all, we have you covered with our party packages that include pizza and drink options. Need more variety? Add ons are available to keep everyone full and happy .
  • Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
